needs.

i really really really really really really really really really really really really really really want my license so i can drive myself around already.
being a 2nd child isn't all that bad.
except the biggest con, you're never first priority.
actually it doesnt have anything to do with being the 2nd child.
it has something to do with having super busy and super generous(to verybody else) parents.
my class finished at 4.30 today, and on any other day my mom comes at 5..
but since i'm used to waiting, i dont complain much.
but today, she comes at 6bloody30..
i had to endure 2hours of bloody coldness in the library because she had to fetch some random relatives from the airport.
so though i hate going for driving classes, i would much rather sit through those long hours and get my license and then drive myself around, instead of enduring long hours waiting for people to come get me, even if they are my parents whom i love very much.

forgot.

for a few days there, i literally forgot all about my blog..
sorry dear blog, i will update as often as possible in the future..
college really has been draining all my energy.
since the last i updated, i had a lot more classes, i sat for my first progress test, and met up with 3 of my besties from school.
happy to say i passed my progress test..
not as well as some of my other classmates, but i am happy with what i got.
as long as they don't bar me due to failure, i'm fine.
right now i'm stressing coz my dad, who was supposed to do that bank draft thing for my CAT examination payment, hasnt done it yet.
as usual, his work got in the way, and now the banks are closed.
and the deadline for payment is tmr.
my mom was all, aiya, dont worry la, we have the whole of tmr to get it done(obviously those werent her exact words), but its in my nature to stress over the smallest things.

anyway, i finally know how to play snooker.
learnt it over the weekend when i went out with 2 of my besties and their boyfriends..
well, one is a boyfriend, the other one is still on the pending, even i'm not sure..
but yea, they thought me how to play pool.
and i saw another bestie also, as usual we talked all sorts of japanese crap..
most of em are working now..
call center attendants and junior photographers.
i have to wait till who knows when to start working.
(praying hard that its 3years as promised)
must work hard.
the next progress test is next weekend.
4th and 5th to be precise..
damn, its really hectic, you have to keep revising, not like school, where you only study every 3 months once for the tests and exams.. X]
this is on a weekly base..
good also la, finish faster..
somehow only my family and i seem to see the finish fast thing as a good thing, everyone else is all why stress so much to finish fast, when you can take your time and do it at your own speed.
ahhh, whatever la, let people think what they wanna think.
as far as i see it, this is a good thing, because i see my sister, and she seems to be at her happy place now that she's done with acca and is working.
and for sure i know i wouldn't have been any happier doing something science.
so though i wasted almost 2 years studying things i wasnt really interested in, i'm fairly happy studying what i'm studying now.
its kinda hard, but since i have my own personal teacher at home..

honestly, i dont know how i would've gotten through some of the things i did without her..
as long as she's there to guide me, i'll be fine..
so don't get married and go away anytime soon ok dude..or get a special phone line, just for me to call you and bug you with random questions..

ok.

college life is actually not soo bad.
not looking into the fact that i have a really packed timetable, worse than school.
i actually think i'll survive.
i have really nice classmates.
though i do miss my crazy, noisy, but totally awesome classmates.
both the a3 and sc2 bunch.
this class is a lot more quiet.
but the lecturers seem to think that we're quiet only because we havent gotten to know each other yet.
which is probably true.
i know about 60% of the class now.
which is a big number for me.
coz if you know me, than you know i'm more the don't talk to new people easily type.
and i have nice lecturers.
they all have their pros and cons, but as long as i understand them and what they're teaching i guess i'll be fine.
its alot nicer not doing biology. haha.
and i like the papers that i'm taking.
or what i know of it soo far anyway.
campus is nice.
you could say spacious.
most of the rooms are bloody cold.
we have good toilets, unlike school. =D
cafeteria food is kinda expensive, but if you look really hard, there are cheaper things that you can find.
we have this food court kinda place, 'the medan' just outside campus, and the food there is cheap.
not to mention pyramid, with free shuttle buses to and fro..
though time is really wasted waiting for the bus.
so ya, college wouldnt be so bad.
though it would be a lot better if everyone stops telling me how hard cat and acca is.

i got no class tomorrow!!

so i guess its ok to come and blog..

had my 2nd day of classes today..

t1.it wasn't soo bad..pretty much what i did for prinsip akauns last year, but more in english..

and i did t2 and t5 yest..dun really know what t2 is about, coz we didnt actually study yesterday. t5 is supposed to be killer according to past students, but i think its ok..we did the first chap, and it seems interesting..its about managing people and systems.

and you know how i mentioned that i didnt see a single person from assunta in sunway..

well, it all changes after today..

i saw stephanie, sonia and yi rin.

and steph and sonia are in the same class..doing alevels.

"omg meenu, can you believe it, i'm in the same class with sonia since form 1", thats what steph told me when she said sonia was also there..haha..

then later on, i saw yi rin also..talked to her for awhile..she's doing mufy..

and steph told me that sulu and zara were also gonna go to sunway in march..

according to sonia, there aren't many of the assuntarians there coz most of em are planning to join in march..

well, hopefully its true..

but i made new friends..so its ok.

anyway, i'm controlling my comp hours, so till the next time neh..

and then its every weekday, with most saturdays as well..

so, i only have sundays and some saturdays off..

its like school..so, i can deal with it..

and..

i told myself i'll only come online on the weekends..

so, this will be my last before saturday..

i mean, i might've been abit too playful during school..

I DROVE A CAR TODAY!!

an actual car, pressing the clutch, accelerator, brake and everything..

had a pretty good guy teaching me..

he didnt really get annoyed or anything when i released the clutch too fast and the the car died..

which i have to say, i did quite a bit..

and i didnt hit anything.

i give myself props for that.. X]

anyway, another reason to be excited..

I'M GOING TO COLLEGE TOMORROW!!

for the first time..

well, its just orientation, but still, my first day as a college student.

praying that it goes well and i make some really good friends along the way..

i promised jas i'd look for a hot chinese or punjabi dude for her..haha.

how unlucky the pair of us are, the guys we like, like other girls..damn..

about past excitement, i saw jas and kim sunday and monday..

first went to midvalley with jas on sunday..we shopped and watched movies and talked like we always do..but it was super fun..and we made a deal that we would see each other at least once a month..hopefully we pull through the deal..

then on monday, went to amcorp with kim..fortunately i didnt spend on anything but lunch..spent almost the whole time talking about japan, and japanese bands and japanese drama..that girl went to japan, so she told me alot about her trip. we walked back to her place after lunch, and sat and talked some more at the playground..there, this really cute iranian boy comes and sits next to us and keeps staring at us..then finally he asks me, "are you brother and sister?", and i burst out laughing..kim obviously gave her i'm annoyed expression..than i told the boy, no, we're friends..than my mom calls to go down..and as we are leaving the boy asks kim, "you're a girl?", and kim literally yells YES!! haha..the poor girl..apparently she had similar problems when she went to japan..grow out your hair buddy..it'll help..

so ya, those are the few exciting things about my life these past few days..
