wesak.

the highlight of my wesak day this year..

the fact that i had no classes..

but i havent been having classes for a while so it wasnt much of a highlight..

our family outing after a while..

the thing about having an accountant father and sister, they're crazy busy all the time..

and sisters who are both still in school, so your timing totally clashes..

and the fact that i have exams, so i have to sit in college till 8.30 everyday studying..(coz obviously i dont do that at home)

soo, yea for us all to go out for a movie was fun..

though, due to last minute planning, and watching it on the release day, we ended up sitting in the first row.

but unlike gsc, tgv cinema's are quite well designed, so my neck didnt ache at all. =)

as for the movie, i only went coz it was a family thing..

seriously, tamil movies are soo stereotype..

same story over and over again..

just change the faces and songs, and voila, its new movie..

and my mom complaints that i'm soo japanese absorbed..

at least they know how to come up with new stories..

and the other thing that made my day yesterday, jaspreets msg's..

ns finally saw some sense and gave their handphones to them for the 3 day weekend..

so did some catching up with her through the night..

she's coming back next weekend..

yay!!

i was soo happy that i was singing along to happy mcfly songs all morning..

why.

why on earth did i mope around yesterday feeling all sorry, i have no idea..

coz its back to square one..

it took alot for me, to actually forget about what happened and pretend everything was ok..

but now, its like i just wasted all that energy(literally, i had the cd player blasted for days to drown my thoughts)..

and like my sister told me from the very beginning, i'm being used.

it happened in school and like an idiot i just went along with it..

and now, its happening again..

and knowing the position i am in, i'm probably gonna be that idiot again..

i really miss my school friends(most of them. JASPREET my bestie, please come back from ns already, i hate not being able to msg you about my problems)..

our laughing, carefree days..

college was supposed to be fun..

why is the fun already dying before i even finish one semester??

on one side exam stress is pulling me down, and on the other side now this..

uggghhhhh..

ok soo i screwed up pretty bad last year..
*that i couldnt go to a certain award ceremony that was held in school.
but that is not gonna happen again..
not gonna happen..

i have been studying..
soo much that i feel like a nerd..

but it'll only be for the next 3 years..

CAT IS FUN!!

it really is..

t4 is like addmaths..
hypes me up like addmaths used to, and urges me to do more and more questions..
but i still have like 30more left..

t3, well thats accounts..
i hate it in the beginning, but after a while, i get used to it..

t5, is kinda like english and history..
you have to memorise facts and then write it down it good language and expand as much as possible to get more marks..
its similarity to history is the one thats bringing me down..
but hey, i'm happy to say my results have been increasing for every pt and finally mock..
so *pray* the finals turn out fine..

handed in my registration form for next sem today..
everyone was stressed up trying to choose between audit and finance..
only to finally find out that all malaysian students have to take audit, while international students must do finance..
shit, now anusha and najaa wont be with us next sem..
but yeap, i'll be taking 4papers next sem..

it looks soo simple, and little..
yet i'm already dying with 3papers now..

and i sat for like 4hours at the mph last saturday, only to go up on stage for like 10seconds to collect a fake certificate that was exchanged for the real one at the back of the hall after we came down..
it was the sunway scholarship awards ceremony..
saw soo many familiar faces..
old friends, new friends, parents friends, parents friends kids, people whom i thought i would never meet again..
and my parents were sitting in the chairs above me and kept pointing the dslr at me..
embarassing..
again, because i screwed up,i was sitting like in another corner from jia li..
soo, we were texting each other out of boredom and commenting about everything that was and wasnt going on around us..
but that lucky girl, managed to slip through the tight supervision at the entrance and left early..
while i was stuck there till 1, until they finally took the massive group picture..

soo, thats been my week since i last posted i guess..

got revision classes again this week, and after that i'll be on study break full time..

until my finals start..

then semester break!!

ps: the internet at home is still on working. am in college now, waiting for my sister to come fetch me.

so the internet is still now working..

the phone guy came and fixed the phone only to tell us that the modem was burnt..

soo i was on the phone for another hour with the tm lady yesterday..

she made me do some troubleshoot despite me telling her it was burnt..

finally she agreed to send a report for me..

soo hopefully they'll come and fix a new modem for me..

and uhh, its obvious that ms. grace lim shu ting is jealous that chelsea won the title by 1point and a major goal difference..

its ok mate, chelsea lost out to man u for 3 times, before taking back the title..

if i could handle it, you can too..

i've been watching last friends the last few days..

i only watch one ep a day..

arent you proud of me..

i always get tempted to continue watching the next ep, but i force myself to press the off button..

nishikido ryo, though he is like the villain, is damn hot..

and i've got korean class later today..

(there are 2 korean girls sitting opposite me, and they are really loud - but i'm very fascinated by what they're saying, not that i actually understand it)

ohh and malaysia lost out japan in the thomas cup yesterday..

lee choong wei, and kien kat/boon heong did fine..

they won their games..

but the 3 others totally ruined it for malaysia..

you can hate me for saying this..

but in the last 3 games, i was silently supporting japan..

if my parents had known they would have shooten me down..

haha..

when i'm at home..

i'm practically useless..

and with no internet..

i was worse than useless..

all i could do was either study or watch tv..

and after a while i got tired of both and so i started reading..

i bought cecelia ahern's 'the book of tomorrow'

i told myself i wouldnt read it till after exam, but i just had nothing else to do..

the soft cover copies were out, so it was cheap, hence i bought it..

i should have just waited till my exams were over..

but i was worried they wouldnt be in stock in 4 weeks time..

but i've read like 4 chapters..

and it looks like a very promising book..

Happy Mother's Day amma..

Its a day late, and my amma will probably not even see this, but i had to write about something..

and the internet is still not working at home..

after 5 days the tm guy finally came only to let us know that there wasnt anything wrong with the cables outside..

he thinks its something inside the house..

like a short circuit or something..

soo my mom called our phone guy this morning..

now god only knows when that guy is gonna come..

its like some sign that is telling me to study instead of sitting in front of the computer all day long..

anyway..

hung out with chew, amala, sok yeng, wen yuin, ratna, joo ann, sheryn, ann chee and choy wan last friday..

chew is going to penang..

another buddy going away..

soo yea, it was a farewell thing..

we watched iron man 2..

i didnt watch iron man 1, and i didnt really find iron man 2 that entertaining..

towards the end i really felt like sleeping..

but i didnt wanna waste my 9bucks..

soo i kept my eyes wide open..

after the movie, i found out that all the other girls also found it just as boring..

haha..

we makan-ed at secret recipe before the movie, and walked to the mamak outside pyramid after the movie..

hanging out with them was such bliss..

my college friends are nice, but i can never act all stupid and dumb with them the way i can with my schoolmates..

maybe coz i know them longer, thats why..

what totally sucks right now..

the fact that there is no internet in house right now..

whether due to the heavy rains, or some stupid construction worker accidentally doing something to the phone wires..

i'll probably know when i go home today..

and something else that sucks also..

plans that i've made with friends since last week are getting ruined because of other people..
who somehow seem to spoil things for me alot since the beginning of the semester..
but i can say anything, because, well, i cant even say why..
how am i supposed to tell the person right..
and i don't know if i should believe what this person is telling me..
they all sound like excuses to me..
which annoys me even more..
at least be honest please..
that way i would be prepared..

ohhh, guess what..

my mom and dad bought me a new sareee!!

the me last year would probably be like ok to a new saree,

but the me now is ecstatic..

i actually had fun looking at all the different ones in the shop..

and i even got to try 2 of my most favs..

the shop lady helped me tie it..

and finally i chose the greenisg-purplish one..

over the blue one..

hypocrite, i know..

i should have chosen blue..

but somehow the green looked better on me..

though blue looked ok aso..

but my mom convinced me to take the green..

even she said it looked nicer..

and that cute little girl playing around, told me that i looked nice in green also..

soo i picked green..

i'll buy my blue stuff tmr, when i go to pyramid yet again..

i'm allocating some money into my clothes shopping account..

getting more allowance this year totally rocks..

and tapau-ing food from home, so that i dont have to buy lunch at college also rocks..

hence i've actually had very satisfying trips to the malls lately..

against liverpool..

actually i kinda missed the beginning..

but still, i got there in time for the goal..

there were guys in my class saying that liverpool just deliberately gave it away..

honestly, i have been studying..

but not as much as i should..

but you should be proud that i am studying..

and i've been helping my sister at work also..
